  1. What will happen when delivery is not received by recipient?

The current pandemic climate has changed the way we send and receive deliveries. Please note the delivery may take longer, and an automatic ‘Authority to Leave’ (ATL) may apply for all deliveries. This means that if your delivery is not received by the recipient, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe location. Keep this in mind when ordering items such as chocolate, alcohol etc. If a safe location is not identified, the courier may take the parcel to a nearby depot for re-delivery or collection and a collect card may be left in your mailbox.

  1. Is FREE shipping applicable to all Pepper & Chalk boxes?

FREE standard delivery is application to all our choice bundles within Australia. Standard shipping will apply for build-your-own bundles

  1. What are your shipping options?

We have three options available.

Same Day Shipping is available for Adelaide metro areas only, and orders are placed by 9.00am (ACST). Authority to Leave may apply.

Standard shipping is FREE for all pre-planned gift bundles. For build-your-own, shipping is currently $11.95 per box, and may be subject to change. If you’re shipping multiple bundles to the same metro address, please advise. Deliveries to Australian metro areas can occur between 1-5 business days. Melbourne may take up to 3 business days, Sydney up to 4 business days, and other capital cities up to 6 days. If you live in a remote or regional area, this may take longer.

Express shipping is $16.95 per bundle for all pre-planned gift bundles and $24.95 per build-your-own options. Next business day delivery may be available for addresses within the network and when orders are placed by 11.00am (ACST). If an order is urgent, please contact us.

  1. I want to substitute something in my gift bundle. Is this possible?

Visit our build-your-own bundle and select all the items you prefer.

  1. What are the payment options?

We accept direct deposit. However, prefer Visa and MasterCard via the checkout process. Orders will not be finalised and posted until payment is confirmed and received into our nominated account. Please note this can take up to 3 business days. When direct deposit is the preference, please get in contact so we may issue a relevant invoice.

  1. I made a mistake! Oops!

Please check your order confirmation straight away for all details (this may go into your spam folder). If you’ve made a mistake let us know as soon as you are made aware. We may be able to rectify the issue if your order has not been sent. However, if your order has been shipped it will be too late to change details. For any parcels returned to us due to fault or error, we will notify you at earliest convenience and be in contact for re-delivery (at your cost).

  1. You don’t have something I really want to include in a gift bundle!

If there is something you specifically want to add, perhaps a tailored extra for your recipient. We would love to help! Send us an email and we will do the best we can.

  1. I’m worried about the weather affecting my bundle if left at a secure location.

Our products are at risk of being affected by temperature and other weather-related conditions. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We do not assume responsibility in this case.

  1. I want to order multiple items.

Get in touch, we would be happy to provide you with a promotional code or discount.

  1. Can I choose the colour of my box and ribbon?

We would be happy to discuss customisations. You will be able to advise of ribbon colour within the ‘comments’ section upon checkout. However, at this stage, you are unable to select a box colour through the checkout. Please get in contact if you would like to discuss customisations or any other FAQs above pepperandchalk@outlook.com
